Bohçam — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Çeyiz Listesi: Bohçam mobile application ("Bohçam", "the App"), developed and published by FirmaSistem. By downloading, installing or using the App, you accept these terms.

1. License
FirmaSistem grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The App is free to install and use; optional in-app purchases and Google AdMob advertisements help fund ongoing development of the App.
2. Intellectual Property
All source code, design, text, graphics, the app icon, the "Bohçam" name and all other materials in the App are the property of FirmaSistem and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent from FirmaSistem.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. FirmaSistem does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
The wedding-shopping product suggestions, budget calculations and category items in the App are reference content; their accuracy, completeness and fitness for any particular wedding-planning need are the user's own responsibility to verify.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmaSistem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App — even if FirmaSistem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Advertisements
The App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ad content is selected and delivered by AdMob and may be personalized based on your device's Advertising ID under Google's policies. FirmaSistem is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You can manage personalized advertising preferences from your device's privacy settings.
6. User Data
The App stores all wedding-shopping data locally on your device. FirmaSistem does not have access to your lists or budgets. For details on data handling, please see the Privacy Policy and, for Turkish users, the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
7. Changes to the App and these Terms
FirmaSistem may modify, update or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated; updates take effect on the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. FirmaSistem may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms FirmaSistem or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.

Bohçam, FirmaSistem tarafından sunulan, indirilmesi ücretsiz bir mobil uygulamadır.
