Bohçam — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Çeyiz Listesi: Bohçam mobile application ("Bohçam", "the App") handles data. Bohçam is developed and published by FirmaSistem.

1. Information We Collect
Bohçam does not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, government ID, location, contacts, etc.). All user-generated content — your wedding-shopping list, category budgets, purchased-item flags, and PDF exports — is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to FirmaSistem servers.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
2.1 Google AdMob
Bohçam shows in-app advertisements through Google AdMob to support development and maintenance of the App. AdMob may collect limited information such as your device's Advertising ID and IP address to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads. Your wedding-shopping data is never shared with AdMob.
You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID via your device's settings. AdMob privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
2.2 Google Firebase Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as app launches, screen views and session duration. These metrics do not identify individual users and are used solely to improve the App. Firebase Analytics policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
3. Permissions
The App only requests the minimum Android permissions required to function (e.g., internet access for ads and analytics, storage access for PDF export where applicable). It does not request access to camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar or any other sensitive permission.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
All wedding-shopping data lives on your device. To delete this data you may either clear the App's data from your device's Settings or uninstall the App. Data processed by AdMob and Firebase Analytics is subject to their respective retention policies.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Because Bohçam does not collect or transmit personal data to FirmaSistem, no cross-border transfer of personal data occurs on our side. Data handled by AdMob and Firebase Analytics may be processed on Google's global infrastructure under Google's standard data processing terms.
6. Children's Privacy
Bohçam is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that should require action on our side, please contact us at the address below.
7. Your Rights
Because Bohçam does not store personal data on its servers, the most direct way to exercise control over your data is to manage or delete the local data on your device. For questions about AdMob or Firebase Analytics data, please refer to their respective privacy policies linked above. For Turkish users, your statutory rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) are listed in the Turkish disclosure: KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
8. Changes to this Policy
FirmaSistem may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect on the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
